Our Story
Vision Planning was started in 1998 by Raymond Earl (Ray) Webb, M.Th., M.Ed., MSSL. Over the years, we’ve helped hundreds of Christian leaders of ministries ranging in size from 50 to 17,000 in America and around the world.
Why We Do What We Do
Our mission is to hasten the expansion of the Kingdom of God to fulfill the Great Commission during our lifetime. We do this by helping non-growing ministries grow and helping growing ministries grow even faster.
